Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Becoming Whole Again and Nyanna’s Card Co. Every physical item in our shop is made to order just for you, so please allow time for production as well as shipping.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Most ornaments, mugs, tumblers and wrapping paper can also ship to Canada. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time

• Ornaments, mugs, tumblers and wrapping paper are printed to order by our production partner and usually leave the facility within 2–7 business days.
• Physical greeting cards are printed and shipped by Nyanna’s Card Co., usually within 3–5 business days. Physical card orders require a minimum of 3 cards (mix and match designs).
• Digital products (printable cards and devotionals) are delivered by email or download link right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Shipping rates

• Greeting cards: $8 standard shipping, $15 express, and free standard shipping on qualifying card orders of $70 or more.
• Ornaments, mugs, tumblers and wrapping paper: calculated at checkout based on the item, quantity and destination.

Items in one order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–8 business days. Canadian orders usually take 7–15 business days. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially in November and December. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 5.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We will do our best to update it before your order goes into production.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
